Shipping Information

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Delivery Time: 3–7 business days depending on location.
• Shipping Charges: Free on orders above ₹999. Others as per standard rates.
• Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed after dispatch.
• Courier Partners: We partner with top logistics providers like BlueDart, Delhivery, and India Post for secure and timely deliveries.
• Delivery Coverage: We currently deliver across India. For international orders, please contact us prior to purchasing.

Return & Refund Policy

• Return Window: 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Eligibility: Items must be unused and in original condition with all packaging intact.
• Non-returnable items: Personal care items, electronics with tampered seals, and customized products.
• Initiating Return: Email us at mazibarr404@gmail.com with your order ID and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.
• Refunds: Processed within 5–7 working days after the item is received and inspected. The amount will be credited to the original payment method.
• Exchange: Available for defective/damaged items. Please share unboxing video/images while initiating the exchange.
